~Terms Of Service and Conditions~
(Updated as of 2/6/23)
!!!!STOP!!!!
The following document is a business agreement!
Please read VERY thoroughly!
By commissioning me, and sending payment, you agree to these terms of service, and my refund policy!
1. I, the artist, retain the right to refuse/drop any commission at any time, with or without given cause. Common reasons include, but are not limited to: Suspicious behavior, rude, inappropriate, impatient, flirtatious behavior, bad communication on the client's part/major language barrier, subject matter of commission violates my Will/Will Not Draw rules, affiliation with hate groups, etc. A refund (partial or full) will be issued if a paid commission is cancelled.
2. While I do not offer adult work, minors are still not permitted to do business with me.
I reserve the right to ask for legal photo ID for proof of age at any time.
3. All commission prices, and TOS are subject to change at ANY time.
(Dates of changes are always posted at the top of the pages)
4. Quotes are ALWAYS open! However, as seen in article 3 above, all prices are subject to change at ANY time. If you get a quote, and but don't actually order until later, please be aware your old quote is no longer in effect if my prices are updated. Please feel free to ask for an updated quote if you need to!
5. All communication will be done through email ONLY! No DA/FA notes, Telegram, or Twitter DMs etc.Other messaging platforms are messy, and I can't keep track of all my info across several sites. Email is a way for me to be much more organized, and keep all conversations between us in ONE place. If I send you an acceptance email, saying your slot has been chosen by me, you have 48 hours to respond, otherwise I will delete your order form, and move on to selling the slot to someone else.
6. Clear, concise, and updated reference images are required to be provided by client. NO SHADED REF IMAGES!!! Any missed details due to lack of, hard to see, older ref images, or client error/miscommunication on client's part are NOT the fault of the artist. ALL commission details wanted MUST be listed thoroughly in my Commission Order Form. Any further emails asking for new details that were never mentioned in the order form may be rejected, due to client error, and the original commission idea stated in the order form will resume as agreed upon. I will not make ANY edits to a piece of art once it has already been finished and approved by you. As stated, any details that are missed due to client error are not the fault of myself.
(*Any details that were clearly in your ref/order form, but were missed by ME, I will fix for free! This would be MY mistake in this case, but they MUST be pointed out by the client immediately either during the sketch phase, or immediately after I've sent the finished piece, and I'll fix them! Waiting weeks/months/years after the fact, to tell me will make this exception VOID.)
7. I will not accept ref sheets that are shaded (flat color only please) unless they have a flat color swatch with labels, nor fursuit photos as ref images. I need flat colored images of your characters to get the colors accurate! Images with shading are too difficult to work with.
8. Edits/changes are always allowed to be asked for in the sketch phase! But asking for a complete 180 and total do-over on the sketch (or later), or asking for multiple sketch previews, and multiple major changes are subject to additional fees. So please make sure you are very clear on what pose/ideas you want in the order form!
9. Artistic Freedom Commissions: I always allow artistic freedom for your commissions! However, when asking for an artistic freedom piece, you understand it will be just that: Artistic Freedom.
10. Clients have a 48 hour window to send payment after I've sent their invoice. Failure to pay within this window will result in the invoice and your commission being cancelled. I accept payment via PayPal invoices. In the event PayPal bans me, (as many artists have been banned for no reason lately) this is subject to change to Stripe invoices as a back up!
11. Image usage and ownership: Once the art is finished, you are MORE than welcome to post it! You must credit me as the artist upon posting. Please only post the down-sized watermarked file I provide to you, and NEVER the full res. "PRIVATE FILE"! Please do not remove my watermark.
I retain ALL rights to the art itself. As my client, you buy PARTIAL rights to the art itself when you commission me. You retain ALL rights to your own character(s), rights to post the image, and to make your own personal prints, shirts, etc. with the art, provided you never profit from them, nor will I sell anything of your character either. Anyone caught making money off of my art will be permanently blocked and/or blacklisted.
12. You, the client, have the right to remain anonymous for a commission, meaning I will not post your username with the piece! However, I do not currently offer private commissions, and I still post all art publicly.
13. As I do NOT accept rush/deadline work, missed deadlines for ANY pieces are never the fault of the artist. Order birthday/holiday themed pieces at your own discretion. I am not responsible for any missed deadlines, and I do not prioritize this type of work over others who've paid first. Please remember, I have a day job that takes most of my time, and only have about 3 days out of the week to work on commissions.
14. When giving me pose references you want in a commission, please try to only send me free to use stock images, and not a piece done by another artist, or someone else's personal photos. Stock images are made to be referenced, so please utilize them!
15. Please be attentive, and responsive to me while you are waiting for your commission! If you are an individual who tends to disappear from the internet for long periods of time, I'm not the artist for you. If you disappear for several weeks/months or stop responding all together, I will offer one warning before I drop your commission, and issue an according refund. I can't wait forever, as I have other clients to move on to.
Good communication between artist and client goes both ways!
16. During all Holidays, specifically major holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc. I will not respond to client emails. This also includes any time I take off such as weekends, sick leave, or vacation. These are all times for me to relax and be away from ALL work related stuff. It's best to wait until I have returned from holidays/weekends/sick leave/vacations to email me. If you do email me during these off times, please be patient, and I will get back to you as SOON as I am on the clock again! (I always post exact times I'll be away on my Trello queue.)
***THREE STRIKE RULE: If a client tries to go against, or ask for something that goes against these Terms of Service, after a total of 3 times (three strikes) the client will be blacklisted from doing any further business with me in the future, and may be blacklisted without given reason or warning.

~Refund Policy:
- I will offer a FULL refund if work has not been started and in the event you wish to have your money back, or if I have to drop your commission.
- A PARTIAL refund will be issued if I have ALREADY STARTED WORK on your commission, and you wish to have your money back, or if I have to drop your commission. Amount refunded will depend on the amount of work already done. This is because I still need to get paid for the work that is done.
NO work is done for free here.
- I will NOT give any refund once the art has been finished, or if it's currently in the coloring/shading stages.
- If you request a refund due to your own financial mistakes/issues (example: you have a payment for something else coming up, and can't afford it due to commissioning me first, therefore you ask for payment back), I reserve the right to blacklist you. I can't refuse a refund for this reason, and I understand things happen, but just know that I HIGHLY frown upon it. Please don't commission me if you don't feel you can commit to it financially, or have other financial obligations. I understand people have emergencies, and expenses can pop up, but I'm not a bank. Please make sure to take care of your base financial needs first, before commissioning any artist.
- I may also blacklist you if you are impatient. I will still refund you if you don't wish to wait any longer, but I won't tolerate rudeness, and may choose to never do business with you again. Quality art takes time. Please understand this before commissioning me, or any artist.
- Chargebacks:
DO NOT EVER file a chargeback on me via PayPal!
If you are seeking a refund from me, PLEASE notify me ASAP and discuss it with me.
We will come up with a plan for me to PERSONALLY send the money back to you via Stripe. Chargebacks are dangerous, cause the artist to be seen as fraudulent, and it is not a decent solution to get your money back.
I always want to WORK with my customers, and to come up with a proper solution if they aren't happy.
If you are someone who chooses to do a chargeback on me, I will permanently block/blacklist you.

~Commission Process and Timeline!~
(The overall process of how my commission process works!)
1. Ordering: When I open for commissions I will post journals, tweets etc. on all of my sites to notify everyone that I am open. With these posts, there will be a link to my Order Forms. You will be required to fill this form out in full, with all of your information listed out thoroughly! I will then select which projects to take on. I will calculate the costs for those who I've selected, and then I will email each person with a confirmation email and the total cost!
2. Payment: Payment is REQUIRED up front within a 48 hour window of your commission being accepted/after I've sent you the invoice. If you have not paid your invoice after the 48 hour time frame, then I will CANCEL your commission and revoke the invoice. Your slot will then be given away to someone else.
*I offer Half/half payment plans!:
This payment plan is ONLY APPLICABLE if your commission is 200$ or more. If your commission is below this amount, I cannot offer it to you! This payment plan will require you to pay 50% of the total cost up front. The other half can be paid once you have it ready, but it will be due once you receive your sketch preview at the LATEST. (If your second payment isn't ready by then, I will simply put your piece on hold until you have it ready to pay. I cannot finish a piece that hasn't been paid off!)
3. Again because people seem to forget: When ordering, you may only send me ONE order form. Please do not send in more order forms, unless you've spoken to me about it, or further notes/emails after wards about "adding" or "changing" stuff in the idea. This is too stressful for me to manage. I want to keep all your information in ONE place, so I don't lose it.
4. Work process: I will send ONE rough sketch preview to you, to make sure it looks how you want! I only send ONE sketch preview, so PLEASE be sure to let me know in the sketch phase if anything needs to be fixed, because once I go into the coloring/shading phase, I will not go back and change anything in the lines. The flat colors will be posted on my Trello queue, but I do not email them. If you see them posted on my Trello, email me if any markings or colors are wrong! I will send the finished product to you afterwards! If I miss any major markings/colors that were included in your ref, you are welcome to tell me, and I'll fix it! But please tell me ASAP. The piece will then be finalized, and posted! I will NOT make any edits to the finished piece after this! Please keep a sharp eye, and make sure to tell me RIGHT AWAY if anything is wrong!
Don't be afraid to point out mistakes to me. I WANT your piece to be what you want!
5. Wait Time Expectancy: Wait times always vary. Smaller, more simplistic pieces can get done a bit faster, while larger, more detailed pieces usually take longer. I plan to get quick enough to make turn around time about a month, but I cannot guarantee this! I am a slower working artist, so please be aware of that before commissioning me! Please allow me to have plenty of time to create your piece, to give it the quality you deserve! :)
(I DO NOT DO DEADLINE WORK.)
~Other information: After I have sent you all the files you MUST make sure you save them, and try not to lose them! Once the files are in your possession, they are your responsibility! Be careful not to delete them, because I DO clean out all of my folders of old commissions and other old art work very frequently! I am not responsible for loss of files.
*NOTE: PLEASE try to only send me SFW/'clean' references! However, if NSFW is really the ONLY ref you can provide, it is completely okay to send it to me anyway, but a warning is appreciated. :)

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before commissioning me. By sending payment, the Client agrees to these terms, and signs this contract. It is not the fault of the artist if a client did not read all terms.
I accept tips after commissions! My tip jar is HERE!
